PIERCETON — Pets of the Week are available for adoption at the Animal Welfare League, 1048 S. 325E, Pierceton.
Dakota
Dakota is a five-year-old, neutered, male Australian Shepherd mix. He has a dark fur coat and weighs 49 pounds.
Dakota is full of love. He needs to be the only pet in the home and does not do well with small animals. Dakota does well with children and is fully house-trained. He has a great attitude and enjoys lots of affection. Dakota loves to play and is kennel-trained. His word for the kennel is “home.”
Dakota’s adoption fee is $130.
Bella Rose
Bella Rose is a 12-year-old, spayed, female Domestic Short Hair mix. She has a tan and black fur coat.
Like her name, Bella Rose is as sweet as can be, but it takes some coaxing for her to open up. She’s a bit nervous in the shelter after spending her entire life with one owner. Bella Rose’s previous owner passed away and nobody else in the family was able to take her in.
She is a bit older but is hoping to find the perfect retirement home to spend her golden years. Bella Rose is declawed on all four paws, so she needs to be an indoor kitty only. She would do better in a quiet home where she can relax. Bella Rose hopes you’ll come give her a second chance on love soon.
Bella Rose’s adoption fee is $60.
